SE is short for Special Edition and is a
brand new variant in this vehicle. One of the reasons to introduce it was to
allow the Black Edition to be priced lower. There is a change in the Black
Edition too, which is now available in white color as well.
Exterior
Appearance:
Comfort and style look to be perfectly
amalgamated in the new 2021 Honda Pilot. It comes across as a rugged and highly
comfortable SUV, ideal for various families in the US. Two sizes of wheels are
available- 20 inch and 18 inches. 20 inch alloy wheels are visible on the Black
Edition, Touring, Elite, and the SE. Trims below these get 18 inch alloy wheels.
Silver and black front grilles can be
found on the 2021 Honda Pilot. Some users may find the black grille to be
sportier in comparison to the silver. Headlights are available in full HD and
standard LED low beam forms. Fog lamps are standard across all variants, except
the LX trim. All models other than LX get heated ORVMs (Outside Rear View
Mirrors). Step into this stylish SUV using the Honda Smart Entry system.
Engine
Features:
Get ready to start up a 3.5 liter Direct
Injection i-VTEC V6 petrol engine under the hood of the 2021 Honda Pilot, which
is the same as the one in the 2019 trims. Power has gone up to 280 hp now,
while peak torque comes in at 262 pound feet. All variants of the new Pilot get
a standard 9-speed Automatic Transmission.
Interior
Appearance:
Material and equipment inside the cabin of
the 2021 Honda Pilot has been shuffled around. The car gets a 7-inch instrument
gauge cluster, lighting up as soon as it starts. Electric power steering, along
with audio and Bluetooth controls, is available. Customers get to choose from
three interior colors, which are grey, black, and beige.
Memory function for two individuals is
available for the driver’s seat on the EX-L trim and above it. This seat will
be 10-way power adjustable, and it also gets 2-way lumbar support across all
trims except the LX. The Black Edition gets perforated black leather materials.
A generous amount of storage space is
available in the central console, and the front also gets two cupholders.
Buyers of the SE trim will benefit from wireless charging.
